1. What is a computer ?

A computer is a programmable electronic device that accepts row data as input and processes it with a set of instruction a program to produce that result as output. It senders output just after performing mother magical and logical works and can save the output for future use. It can process numerical and non-numerical calculation. The term "Computer" is derived from the action word "Computer" which means to the calculate Mr. Charles Babbage is known as father of computer.

a.) Primary parts of computer:-

                               I.            C.P.U (Central Processing Unit).

                             II.            Monitor

                          III.            Keyboard 

                         IV.            Mouse

b.) Secondary parts of computer:-

                                 I.            U.P.S (Uninterruptible power supply)

                               II.            Printer

                            III.            Scanner

                           IV.            Speaker

                              V.            Mobile...etc.

2.  Mouse:- Mouse is on input device which is used  to point or click on any object to give instruction to the computer.

a)    There are three types of mouse.

a)    Boll mouse

b)    Optical mouse

c)     Wireless mouse

 

3. Keyboard :-  Keyboard is also input device. It is to type text. It is most important input device.

I. There are 5 parts of keyboard.

a)    Extended keyboard (A to z)

b)    Alphabetical Keyboard (1 to 0)

c)     Numerical keyboard (Left, Right, Up and down keys)

d)    Special keyboard (Home, insert, page up, page down, etc keys)

e)    Function keyboard (F1, to F12 key)

Types Of Computer

 Analog Computer:-  Analog computer ore used mostly in medical science this very kind of computer work on continuous data value for example it you have to calculate the pressure or semithing similar kind of technology having will be useful. 

Digital Computer:- Digital computer are the most commonly used computers on a digital technique which is widely used and prefered now-a-days this kind of computer used micro procersor technology which is quite digital and able to calculate and execute millions of instruction within a second.

Hybrid Computer:- The kind of computers comes with both characteristics (digital and analog) are called hybrid computers this is used there where it needs to calculate both the digital and analog data.

Super Computer:- The processor is biggist than other computer and processing capacity highest than other device it is multi user fastest calculating device generally used nuclear science for calculation purpose CRAY-1 is the first super computer india's first super computer is PARAM-10000.
