Central Processing Unit
Processing device means calculation comparisons and decision the processing device are central processing unit (CPU) also called microprocessor is a small – chip computers which receive input from the input unit and process input than provide output to the output device it is composed of silicon and contain millions of transistors for e.g Pentium dual core, core 2 duo, core i3, i5, i7 etc are the microprocessor it consist ALU, CU and MU (memory unit)
Input Device
In computer an input device is a piece
of computer hardware equipment used to provide data and control signals to an
information processing system such as a computer or information appliance
example of input device include keyboars, mouse , scanners, digital cameras,
joysticks, and microphones.
Output Device
Output device gives result either in
hard which are soft from the device which are used to display the data to the user
either to the from of hard copy or soft are called output device are screen
moniter, printer , plotter, projector, spekaker, headphone
How does a computer work .
Input Device – Keyboard, Mouse
Processing Device – C.P.U
Output Device – Moniter, Speaker,
Printer….etc.
