Method 1 – Open Microsoft powerpoint
by clicking on the icon on your disktop .

Method 2 - Click on start button – All programs – Select
Microsoft office – Microsoft office powerpoint 2013.

a) By using Template.
b) By Using Blank Presentiton.
Ø Inserting and editing text
on slides it is oimportant to know how to insert and edit text on slide.
Step 1 – When you create a new
presentation thr first slide to appear is a title slide.

pracholder and a sub title placholders.
Step 3 - To add text click within the placholder and
type.
Step 4 - After entering the text if you want to after

show or press F5.

the presentation or delete a specific slide from the presentation according to

insert a new slide in the presentation do the following -----
Step 1------ Click on the home tab

in the group.
Step 3------- Choose the desired
slide layout from the menu that appears.
Step 4------ The new slide will
appear click any placehlder and begin typing to add text you can also click on
icon to add other types of content such as a picture or a chart.

There
are following animation effects appears in MS Powerpoint ie.

Entrance ---------- There control how the object enters the
slide suppose you select bounce animation then object will ‘fall’ into the
slide and than bounce several times during presentation run time.

Emphasis ----------- These animations occur while the object on
the slide often triggred by a mouse click suppose you select spin animation
then selected object will spin onto the slide when you click from the mouse
during presentation runtime.

Exit ---------- These control how the object exits the slide
suppose you select fade animation then selected object will simply fade away
from the slide.
·
Motion Paths -------- These are similar to emphasis effects except
the object moves within the slide along a predetermined path like a circle
exphasis.
